Men’s Physique with 4 Hours of Monthly Gym Time and No Cardio

Yesterday I started my preparation for a Men’s Physique competition in October.

My goal is to win the competition, while training only 4 hours per month and without doing cardio.

The training system is based on Mike Meltzer’s Heavy Duty, with two 20 minute workouts each week.

The meal plan follows the Phasic Diet, by Enrico Dell’olio.
